SHRIMPS pasta

Ingredients:

  • 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 20 gr of butter
  • 100 ml milk cream
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 can of NATURAL FISH SMOKED Shrimps TAILS
  • 1 package of tagliatelle noodles

Preparation:

We cook the pasta until it reaches the desired cooking point.

In a frying pan, put the oil over low heat, put the garlic in slices and cook them for 10 minutes without frying so that the oil is flavored with the garlic, then we add the butter and the heavy cream, mix well, then dissolve the flour in an splash of water and we add to our preparation so that our sauce has body.

We finish with a can of smoked shrimps tails and chopped parsley and mix everything well.

Serve together with our pasta that is already done.
