Artisanal pizza with green olives, stuffed with smoked bonito

Ingredients:
- 100 gr bar of margarine
- Unprepared flour
- Salt
- Egg white
- Warm water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ½ yeast
- 100 gr of butter
- 2 sachets of tomato sauce
- 1 package of mozzarella cheese
- 1 can of GREEN OLIVES STUFFED WITH NATURAL SMOKED BONITO FISH.
Mix 1 and a half cups of unprepared flour with the stick of margarine until uniform, make a circle in the middle of the dough, add the egg white, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of oil, 1/2 teaspoon of yeast and mix with warm water until the dough comes off your hands. Then put in an outdoor bowl until the dough rises in size.
Pizza preparation:
In a metal dish (round or square), grease the base of the dish with butter so that the dough does not stick, then stretch the dough until it is uniform and homogeneous, ready to place it in the dish.
Spread the tomato sauce in circles until covering the entire area of the dough, add salt, pepper, oregano to taste and place the olives over the entire surface, then cover the entire pizza with the grated mozarella cheese.
