ANTICUCHERO SMOKED GIANT SQUID

  • 4 tablespoons of special chili
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup red vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Ajinomoto (one teaspoon)
  • Pepper (one teaspoon)
  • Cumin (one teaspoon)
  • 2 white potatoes, parboiled and sliced
  • 1 shelled corn (the skin to decorate)
  • 2 cans of NATURAL FISH smoked giant squid

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and reserve in a bowl.
Marinate the smoked giant squid for at least half an hour then sauté it over high heat and to serve we mount it on the sliced ​​potatoes accompanied by the corn on a plate.
