ANTICUCHERO SMOKED GIANT SQUID
- 4 tablespoons of special chili
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup red vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Ajinomoto (one teaspoon)
- Pepper (one teaspoon)
- Cumin (one teaspoon)
- 2 white potatoes, parboiled and sliced
- 1 shelled corn (the skin to decorate)
- 2 cans of NATURAL FISH smoked giant squid
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and reserve in a bowl.
Marinate the smoked giant squid for at least half an hour then sauté it over high heat and to serve we mount it on the sliced potatoes accompanied by the corn on a plate.
