Smoked shrimp cocktail
- 500 gr of mayonnaise
- 300 g of ketchup
- 1 tablespoon pisco
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 can of NATURAL FISH smoked shrimp tails
Preparation:
Place the mayonnaise in a bowl, add the ketchup, white sugar, salt to taste and the pisco.
- 2 avocados cut into cubes
- 1 shelled corn
- 1 can of NATURAL FISH smoked shrimp tails
- 1 young lettuce leaf
- 2 quail eggs
Presentation:
We arrange the lettuce leaf in a glass and put a bed of corn cloves, the avocado cut into cubes and the shrimps, we bathe them with pink sauce and decorate them with shrimps and quail eggs.
